Job openings for Tool Room Engineer in Surajpur Greater Noida

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle tool room activities, including jigs, fixtures, dies, moulds and tooling development.
* Prepare and review 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD/SolidWorks/Creo.
* Plan and supervise CNC, VMC, milling, turning, grinding, EDM/Wire EDM operations.
* Troubleshoot and maintain moulds, dies, jigs and fixtures.
* Lead SPM assembly, installation and commissioning activities.
* Understand mechanical, pneumatic and basic electrical systems used in SPMs.
* Coordinate with design, production, purchase and maintenance teams.
* Ensure dimensional accuracy, quality and timely completion of tooling/SPM projects.
* Conduct assembly trials, debugging and machine performance validation.
* Manage tool-room manpower, vendors and job-work activities.
* Prepare BOM, tooling estimates, machining requirements and cost estimates.
Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of tool room manufacturing and machining processes.
* Practical experience in SPM design/assembly and automation.
* Knowledge of pneumatics, sensors, motors, linear motion systems and PLC basics.
* Good understanding of GD&T, fits & tolerances and material selection.
* Problem-solving and team-handling skills.
* Ability to read engineering drawings and independently handle projects from fabrication →
assembly → trial → commissioning.
