Key Responsibilities
Data Management: Compiling, maintaining, and organizing company records and databases accurately.
Operational Support: Processing client orders, coordinating project timelines, and managing inventory.
Administrative Tasks:
Handling documentation, filing, and managing office equipment or supplies.
Analysis & Reporting: Conducting market research and analyzing data to prepare reports for senior management.
Communication: Assisting with internal inquiries and communicating with teams to resolve operational issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry systems.
Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Experience: Prior experience in office-based roles such as sales, support, or administration.
