JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with new customers in the untapped market of Central India.
 Own and drive the B2B Sales pipeline in Govt. Sector / PSUs / Leading Housing Society Developers / Leading Real Estate
Service Firms such as JLL, CBRE etc. / Leading Architects and Planters organizations.
 Prepare and present impressive client pitches for our products lines.
 Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales targets and supports revenue and profit targets
 Optimize business development plan by working closely with new channel partners to maximize time in the field and overall
efficiency through development and prequalification of leads
 Meet regularly with existing customers and prospects in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position
product solutions to meet surfaced needs
 Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers and prospects and be available and responsive to
customer’s real-time needs
 Work effectively with internal support departments (Marketing, Professional Services, Product, Development) to promote sales
for new and existing customers to maximize brand visibility with, executives and professional associations
 Expand Business in the allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants, PMC's and Fabricators
 Liasioning with the Government new infrastructure projects
 Analytical skills for business development
 Client wise competition mapping, Competitors update, analysing competitors’ strength and weakness, and Identify new market
potential
 Project identification and tracking through Project life cycle for identifying opportunities.
2 Key Accountabilities:
 Managing Key Accounts to maximize the business potential & achieve the sales targets.
 Generating leads to maintain sufficient business pipeline.
 Handle project sales & Institutional sales
 Identifying new clients

Experience 5 - 10 Years
Salary 15 Lac To 20 Lac P.A.

Qualification B.Tech/B.E, M.B.A/PGDM
