Responsible for Processing & Disbursement of Payroll & Reimbursement (such as Salary, Leave encashment, Incentive, Advances, and other related aspects) & Generating Salary Statement & issuance of Employee Salary Certificate.
Maintaining & Tracking Attendance , Leave for all levels of employees as per HR leave policy.
Processing of Full & Final Settlements as per company policy for resigned employees.
Liaison with Banks for activation of corporate salary accounts.
Employee Relations & Welfare with Statutory Compliances.
Conducted events like employee birthday etc and health and safety of the labour.
Resolved employee queries through interaction with them with payment of contractor.
Clarifying employees' queries about the HR policies and verify the contractors Bill.
