Payroll &amp; Compensation
	Responsible for Processing &amp; Disbursement of Payroll &amp; Reimbursement (such as Salary, Leave encashment, Incentive,  Advances, and other related aspects) &amp; Generating Salary Statement &amp; issuance of  Employee Salary Certificate.
	Maintaining &amp; Tracking Attendance , Leave for all levels of employees as per HR leave policy.
	Processing of Full &amp; Final Settlements as per company policy for resigned employees.
          Liaison with Banks for activation of corporate salary accounts.

Employee Relations &amp; Welfare with Statutory Compliances.
	Conducted events like employee birthday etc and health and safety of the labour.
	Resolved employee queries through interaction with them with payment of contractor.
	Clarifying employees' queries about the HR policies and verify the contractors Bill.
	Be in touch with New Recruits for sort out any issues ASAP.
	Employees at all levels are encouraged to convey grievances openly and directly with prompt action assured.
	Accident Claim Cases, PF, ESIC Payment, Maintain the Muster Roll, Wages Register, Deduction Register, Fine Register, and Advance Register.  
	Handling all the queries related with salary slips, leaves, attendance, and reimbursements.</description>
