				<description>KEY ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Must have 2D or 3D drawing reading capabilities
? Determines labor needs to meet production goals
? Plans and organizes daily activities related to productions &amp; Technical operations
? Solve challenging technical problems and provide efficient, cost-effective solutions.
? Supervise and coordinate with shop floor teams to ensure timely completion of
production targets.
? Monitor and ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols during
fabrication and assembly processes.
? Coordinate with the design and planning team for drawing clarifications and
modifications.
? Maintain and optimize equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency.
? Track material consumption and communicate with the procurement team to
ensure timely availability of raw materials.
? Prepare and maintain daily production reports, job cards, and status updates.
? Assist in testing, inspection, and installation of tanks/silos at client sites as needed.
? Liaise with the QC team to resolve any quality-related issues during or postproduction.
? Support new product development trials and provide technical feedback.
? Ensure all work complies with company standards, statutory regulations, and client
specifications.
4. QUALIFICATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
? B. Tech Graduate in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
? Minimum 3 - 5 years in water storage, tanks/silos, fabrication industry or similar in
role.
? Certifications in Auto CAD &amp; SOLID Works or hands on experience.
? Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and external
stakeholders, including vendors and clients, regarding production updates and
technical specifications.
? Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including design, quality,
procurement, and site execution to ensure smooth workflow and successful project
delivery.
? Demonstrate excellent team collaboration by facilitating communication between
shop floor workers, engineers, and management to align on production priorities.
? Encourage and maintain a safe and compliant working environment in line with
company policy and legal requirements.</description>
